ご質問事項についてですが
【1】緊急停止ではない為、普通にアイドル～停止かと思いますが、
念のため確認します。
【2】オイル消費量も見ているので流石にそれは無いです。
【3】始動時なので難しいかと。念のため確認します。
【4】添付ご確認下さい（3gaファイル）
【5】私自身は異音の現確できていないのですが、メンバーは
EX側OCVの辺りから音が出ていると言っていたのでそう判断してます
十河さんご存知のSentotが聞いているので間違いないかと思います。
【6】分解時確認は致しますが、その後は普通に動いていましたし
異音発生時にEX側OCVのコネクタを抜いて状況変わらない事も
確認してるのでその線は薄いかと思います。
【7】完全にオイルを抜いた状態から数秒で消えた異音というのは
恐らくHLA起因の異音でVVTの音ではないですよね。
停止時は油の有無に関わらず通常ロックピンでロックされている筈ですよね？

引き続き様子を見ていきます。
分解後の現品調査については別途相談させて下さい。
