甲及び乙は、第１項に基づき相手方より提供を受けた秘密情報について、本契

甲及び乙は、第１項に基づき相手方より提供を受けた秘密情報について、本契約の目的の範囲内でのみ使用し、複写・複製、改変が必要なときは、事前に相手方から書面による承諾を受けるものとする。

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

Hereto are confidential information received from the other party, pursuant to paragraph (1), and used only within the scope of the purposes of this agreement, copy and reproduction, modification is needed prior to receive written consent from the other party.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

Party and Party B, for secret information received from the other party on the basis of paragraph 1, and used only within the scope of the object of the present contract, copying, duplication, when modification is required, the written consent from the prior to the other party it is supposed to receive.

Hasil (Inggris) 3:

The first, and the first and the second paragraph based on secret information than the other party for use only within the range of the objectives of this agreement, the copy or reproduction, modification, when necessary, and receives the written consent from the other party.
