甲及び乙は、本契約の履行又は本件業務の遂行に際し、自らの責に帰すべき事

甲及び乙は、本契約の履行又は本件業務の遂行に際し、自らの責に帰すべき事由によって相手方に損失・損害を与えた場合、相手方に対しこれを賠償する責任を負う。

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

For other party hereto during performance of this agreement or this business, due to reasons not attributable to his opponent gave a loss or damage, shall be liable to compensate this.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

Party and Party B, upon execution of this Agreement or present business, when given the loss or damage to the other party due to reasons attributable to their own responsibility, liable to compensate the contrary other party.

Hasil (Inggris) 3:

And the first and the second, the implementation of this contract or in the execution of this project, due to their responsibility to the other party by giving the reasons for loss or damage shall be liable for damages to the other party.
