甲及び乙は、相手方が次の各号のいずれかに該当した場合、何らの催告なくし

甲及び乙は、相手方が次の各号のいずれかに該当した場合、何らの催告なくして直ちに本契約を解除することができる。この場合、当該相手方に対する損害賠償の請求を妨げない。
