甲及び乙は、前項各号のいずれかに該当した場合、相手方に対して有する債務

甲及び乙は、前項各号のいずれかに該当した場合、相手方に対して有する債務について期限の利益を喪失し、直ちに弁済しなければならない。

And loss of interest on debts to the other party hereto, is true to any of the preceding items, and must be repaid immediately.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

Party and Party B, if you fall under any of the preceding paragraph, and lost the benefit of time for the debt to have the other party, shall immediately repay.

Hasil (Inggris) 3:

And the first and the second, when it falls under any of the items of the preceding paragraph, the loss of the benefit of time with respect to the obligation with respect to the other party, it shall make payment immediately.
