甲及び乙は、相手方の事前の書面による承諾を得ない限り、本契約又は本契約より生じる権利義務の全部又は一部を第三者に譲渡し、又は担保に供してはならない。

And the first and the second, without the prior written approval of the other party, the whole or part of the contract, the contract or the right to transfer to a third party, or collateral may not be offered.
