作業現場に戻る途中で、災害場所に転倒し、地面に顔をぶつけ、唇を切り内側

作業現場に戻る途中で、災害場所に転倒し、地面に顔をぶつけ、唇を切り内側と外側11針縫いました。現在意識ははっきりしておりますが、通院の為に2日休養いたします。

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

On the way back to the shop floor, and falling in the disaster location bumped face to the ground, cut the lips, sewed inner and outer 11 needles. Now consciousness is clearly forward, but will be rested hospital visits for two days.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

On the way back to the work site, and a fall in the disaster location, and hit the face on the ground, it was sewn inside and outside 11 stitches to cut the lips. You are currently consciousness is clear, I will rest two days for the hospital.

Hasil (Inggris) 3:

On the way back to the work site, and the fall in the disaster hit the faces on the ground, inside and outside the sewing needle 11 cut lip. Consciousness is clear now, but because of who I have 2 days rest.
